My name is Rebekah Paonessa Baker
I opened TSAON Agency in 2016 with a small team of executives. Founded with a passion for quality lingerie and swimwear, and the desire to bring a new style of sales to the industry, I partner thoughtfully with brands that offer high quality products the team and I truly believe in.
My standard is exceptional service that brings about healthy growth in sales year on year for both retail partners and brand.
Choosing to cover provinces coast to coast gives the team and I the highest understanding of the market, and in turn, how to support retailers best. My desire is to build lasting relationships with partners and to guide them through their long-term success.

A lot of what sets TSAON apart is its commitment for excellence to its brands and retailers. Striving to offer the best-in-class service through response times, problem solving strategies, consistent communication, frequent meetings, training sessions, coaching, and product demonstrations.
TSAON attends Curve shows in New York with its participating brands, as well as Cabana in Miami for Swim Week.
A minimum of two store meetings are encouraged per year to review the seasonal collection as well as business development by brand.
